This beginner-friendly intro is for Women*/FLINTA* who are curious about movement, self-defence, and becoming part of a supportive community. No pressure, no need to be fit, strong, or experienced—just come as you are.

Train with or without a Gi. If you don’t have a Gi, fitted sportswear is perfect - leggings or shorts and a close-fitting shirt or rash guard.

After the intro, stay for our Open Mat (1:00–2:30 PM). Open to all levels, no registration needed—a great chance to meet the community and get some rolls in.

Be part of our women*/FLINTA*-only BJJ Camp in Berlin on October 3–4, 2026 at Fightzone Berlin. Enjoy two masterclasses with Charlotte von Baumgarten and guest coach Itzel Bazúa from Mexico — including one Gi class and one NoGi class — alongside a yoga session and plenty of Gi and NoGi sparring opportunities in a safer, supportive, and community-oriented training environment.
All training sessions are designed to be accessible and valuable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Connect with FLINTA* practitioners from different gyms, exchange experiences, and spend an empowering weekend focused on high-level learning, mutual support, and meaningful connections on and off the mats.
The ticket includes all activities listed on the schedule, except for the dinner on Saturday. Let me know at the beginning of the camp if you do not wish to appear in photos or videos. Photos and videos will be used for BeyondMattrix’s social media channels and website. Unfortunately, registration is non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are of course welcome to transfer your spot to another person. Tax (MwSt) is included in the price.
